The Dyed silver Fox is a coloured base to the hair and underfur moving to black at the tips of the guard hairs.
It has an average hair length of 100 mm.
It is used as a premium class material creating long and very mobile wings which are ideal for the Scandinavian style of fly tying (Frodin, Shumakov or Templedog). It also
provides an excellent winging material for all other Salmon, Sea Trout and Steelhead flies.
