These conditions are established between, on one part, SAS Lords Of Rivers, entered in Paris’ RCS, with headquarters located: 17 Rue Des Colonnes Du Trône, 75012 Paris France VAT (or business identification - SIRET) number 83248805000010, Phone No.: +33 (0)6 66 19 67 91 , and on the other hand, people who intend to make a purchase via the website www.lordsofrivers.com, from now on called "the customer".
Before completing any transaction, the customer acknowledges having taken note of these general conditions of sale. The customer states that he accepts them from the moment he confirms his purchase by transferring the payment to the PayZen terminal, which pays by Paypal or by any other means of payment agreed with the Lords Of Rivers company.
1 - The order
At the moment the customer validates his order, he admits having taken knowledge of the particular conditions specified for each item (price, weight, color, features, packaging, shipping costs) and states to accept them without reservation.
Technical specifications are under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. The photographs that illustrate each article have informative value only and not contractual. In no case can they link to the responsibility of the Lords Of Rivers company.
The client records the order on the site through the basket icon.
The order cannot be registered on the site if the customer is not identified by its strictly personal username and password.
The customer account is personal. By validating his basket, the customer formalizes the sales contract between itself and the Lords Of Rivers company. Through the final validation of his basket, the customer confirms the order and its acceptance by him is irrevocable and cannot be challenged except within the limits provided in these general conditions of sale.
The Lords Of Rivers company is committed to honor the orders received through its website only within the limits of available stock. In the case there is no more stock of the wanted product, the Lords Of Rivers company is obliged to so inform the client by email or phone.
Lords Of Rivers reserves the right to block the order pending the resolution of the problem in case of non-payment, wrong address or any other problem.
If a client presents a negative balance on his account, no new orders will be taken into account before the settlement of outstanding amounts. The company reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
2 - Prices
Products are supplied at the prevailing price at the time of completion of order. Prices are in Euros, all taxes included. Lords Of Rivers company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed on the basis of rates in effect at the time of validation of the order. The amount of shipping costs will be added to this price. The rate of TVA indicated in the order form is the one prevailing at the day of the order. All shipping costs outside metropolitan France, customs fees and formalities shall be borne solely from the client.
3 - Payment

3.2 - PayPal
To qualify for the voucher, the customer must have a PAYPAL account and in this case, PAYPAL’s conditions will be applied.
4 - Withdrawal / refund / exchange
In accordance with Article L-121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 7 days from the order’s dispatch to return any item that is not suited to him (in its original packaging and in good condition, accompanied by the invoice sent, its accessories and instructions) and ask for an exchange or refund, without charge except for the cost of return.
No product will be accepted unless we have been previously informed by mail or phone about the return / exchange of the item. No product will be accepted through postal collecting. After reception and verification of the articles, Lords Of Rivers undertakes to reimburse the products, less the shipping costs or other costs incurred, within 30 days.
Before you return an item, please contact us, we will indicate you the procedure for return.
Are excluded from all withdrawal rights according to the code of article L221-28 1° and 13 of the French Consumer Code: all objects contained in the Taxidermy section of the Lords Of Rivers site, or mentioning the term Taxidermy as well as all objects in the Full Skin section.
5 - Package Reception
At the time of package reception, the customer should thoroughly check its status and its contents, even if the package’s state appears, at first view, acceptable.
If your package arrives in bad condition and / or some items are damaged, refuse it.
Goods transit on the recipient's own risk. In case of dissatisfaction, please submit the complaint to the carrier and demand compensation from the carrier by registered letter within 48 hours.
Any signature affixed to the receipt without reservation is deemed acceptance of the package, no recourse can then be exercised against the transport company.
6 - Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated online at our site. In metropolitan France, postages are offered from 100€ of purchase price (offer not valid with other discounts or promotional offers). For other conditions, see the shipping page.
7 - Shipping
Your order will be issued within 3 to 7 working days in metropolitan France however the Lords Of Rivers company will make every effort to guarantee you an expedition in 2 working days. The dispatch of unavailable products is postponed, no later than 30 days from the date of order. If one or more products of the order are unavailable, the customer will be immediately contacted by phone or mail. If this is the case, you can demand the exchange or refund of the concerned items. No dispatch shall be sent to a mailbox.
8 - Warranty
Items for sale on our website benefit from guarantee against manufacturing defects. Warning, this warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, from use without compliance with the instructions of the manufacturer, aging resulting from normal use of the product, blows, shocks and wrong handling. The warranty does not cover the costs of transporting the product to our after-sales service. This warranty applies in metropolitan France and neighboring countries. The invoice serves as warranty and is essential for any intervention. The small equipment and consumables are not covered by the warranty.
If after the warranty period, you encounter a problem in a product, do not hesitate to contact us, we will find a way to eventually repair it.
9 - Signatures and evidence
In accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000, a credit card statement on our website and validation of the basket will be valid as proof of the authenticity of the order and validate the recoverability of the amounts assumed by the reservation of the products contained in purchase order. This validation is worth as a signature on the acceptance of all operations performed on the website.
10 - Legal competence and applicable law
These general conditions of sale apply throughout the duration of our online website. Moreover, these conditions are subject to French law. The competent court in case of dispute is from the domicile of the defendant.
